Pricing depends on the size, location, and number of stumps. Most residential stumps start at $150. We offer free on-site estimates so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins. Volume discounts are available for multiple stumps.

Most single stumps can be ground down in 30 to 60 minutes. Larger stumps or multiple stumps may take a few hours. We always provide a time estimate during our free consultation so you can plan accordingly.

The grinding process produces wood chips that can be used as mulch in your garden beds. We leave the chips on-site for you to use, or we can haul them away for an additional fee. The area is left clean and ready for landscaping.

We typically grind stumps 6 to 12 inches below ground level, which is deep enough for replanting grass, laying sod, or installing landscaping. If you need deeper grinding for construction purposes, just let us know.

We take every precaution to minimize yard impact. Before starting, we check for underground utilities and use equipment suited to your property. Our compact machines can access tight spaces without tearing up your lawn.

You don't need to be home as long as we have clear access to the stump. Many customers simply point out the stumps during the estimate and leave the rest to us. We'll send photos of the completed work.
